Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice with a mature patient base. We are a fee for service practice with high case acceptance, and collections around 95%. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate proficiency in various dental procedures. As an Associate Dentist, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality dental services while ensuring a comfortable experience for our patients. Will start with a base pay until client base is built and then we will pay 35% of collections, with the opportunity to buy into the practice as a partner. Ideal candidate will be willing to relocate to the Culpeper area.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Conduct a variety of dental procedures, including restorative work, extractions, implants and oral surgery.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and care.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Skills
Proficient knowledge of dental terminology and medical terminology.
Experience in prosthodontics and oral surgery is highly desirable.
Familiarity with electronic charts for managing patient records and scheduling.
Strong focus on patient care, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
Ability to effectively communicate treatment options and procedures to patients.
Understanding of medical documentation practices within a dental office setting.
Commitment to upholding safety standards and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
