Opportunity:
We are seeking two enthusiastic and skilled Full-Time General Dentists to join our busy practice in beautiful Rutland, Vermont. This is an excellent opportunity for dentists looking to join a dynamic team and build a successful career in a supportive and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, restorative procedures, extractions, and preventative care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other team members to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care.
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Maintain a high standard of patient care and professionalism.
Qualifications:
DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid Vermont dental license (or eligibility to obtain one).
Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive compensation: 36% of production.
Generous sign-on bonus: $40,000.

Pay: $246,010.00 - $261,116.00 per year
