Kyle parkway dentistry is out of network with delta dental and few other insurances. That means a higher production number for the same work and time compared to when you are in-network.
For example, when you are in-network with delta dental, you might get $750/crown *30%= $225 , compare to when you are out of network, you get $1450*28%= $406. Lot of doctors get focused on percentage number but don’t really focus on percentage of what fees. 35% of medicaid fees might be still lower than 25% of UCR fees. ). Our office is supported by fun and energetic staff culture with 3 full-time RDHs, 5 RDAs, 5 admins and 2 full-time doctors. Total 7 ops. One of our doctor has moved back to Virginia to live closer to family after 4.5 years of employment with us. Practice is equipped with CBCT, iTero scanner etc.
Office hours for this position: M-Tu: 8-6, Wed: 7-12, Thu,Fri: 8-5.
Long term relationship with doctor, care for patients and quality work is more important than anything else in future dentist we are looking for. This is important because of small community of Kyle as well as having a reputation of quality work and excellent customer service.
Our ideal doctor candidate will have:
