We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our well-established and growing practice in the Charlotte metro market. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a strong clinical team and experienced hygienists dedicated to providing high-quality pediatric dental care.
Position Highlights:

Realistic earning potential of $300K+ in the first year
Sign-on and relocation assistance
Greater than contract structure with a guaranteed per diem
Continuing education (CE) assistance
Mentorship from board-certified pediatric dentists
Strong clinical team and hygienist support
Centralized support functions for HR, Marketing, Procurement, Financing, and more

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of a pediatric dental residency program
Active or eligible for a North Carolina dental license
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
