We are looking for a general dentist/specialist to sell the practice. The office was established over 30 years ago. The owner of the office is Dr. Maureen Martins. She wants to slowly phase out towards her retirement. The practice is PPO/FFS making around 265k annually. Working days for Dr. Martins are Wednesday and Saturdays only. Rest of the days she is working at her other practice. This practice has enough patients to be open more days. Lease is around 3000 due to long term practice establishment. Office has 2 chairs with xrays and is equipped for adding an extra chair.

Pay: From $600.00 per day
