Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Associate Dentist to join our busy dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care while looking to improving their skills and knowledge in the field. Looking for someone who wants a future in our practice.
Duties:
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns- Conduct routine check-ups and cleanings- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care- Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree- Active state dental license in good standing- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance- Proficiency in endodontics and dental anatomy- Familiarity with medical and dental terminology- Experience with Practiceworks or similar dental practice management software- Ability to maintain detailed medical records and documentation- Understanding of medical coding systems

Expected hours: 16 â 24 per week
