OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our very well established dental practice. Current dentist has been practicing here since 1996. We have a very family like vibe at the office with dedicated patients coming for years. We do all procedures including RCT, implants, extractions, crowns! There is an orthodontist coming in two days per week. We are focused on growth and would love to find an ideal Dentist to join the group.

2. Pay on collections- will discuss upon interview
3. Two days a week to start with possibility of adding days, willing to work at-least 2 Saturdays per month
4. PPO and Fee for Service only, no Medicaid

Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Perform a variety of dental procedures
Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Implement four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate medical documentation for all patient interactions and treatments.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment.
Educate patients on preventive care, proper oral hygiene practices, and treatment options.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide exceptional patient care.

Experience

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred.
Proficiency in medical imaging technologies and dental fabrication techniques is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of infection control standards and practices within the dental office.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with advancements in dentistry.
