Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a commitment to providing high-quality dental services. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental care, including preventive, restorative, and emergency procedures. The Associate Dentist will play a crucial role in enhancing patient experiences and outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of infection control and safety.
Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
Perform a variety of dental procedures such as root canal therapy, dental extractions, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft or similar dental software.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care to promote overall wellness.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient flow and satisfaction.
Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay current with industry trends and advancements in dental technology.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license with no disciplinary actions.
Experience in pediatrics, infection control, prosthodontics, root canal therapy, and dental extractions is preferred.
Proficiency in four-handed dentistry techniques is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care with attention to detail and compassion.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $210,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
