Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of general dentistry practices. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional dental services while adhering to the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.
Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments using Epic or similar systems.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.
Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients.
Collaborate with dental hygienist, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices through continuous education.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in medical terminology related to dentistry.
Experience or knowledge in pediatrics is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with infection control standards and aseptic techniques.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
