Responsibilities
Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including root canal therapy, endodontics, and dental fabrication.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient visit.
Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during all procedures.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and other staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and implement best practices in the clinic.
Manage pediatric patients with sensitivity and care, ensuring a positive experience for children.
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Experience in pediatrics is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation practices.
Familiarity with dental clinic operations and patient management systems.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while providing exceptional patient care.
