Associate Dentist - TROPICAL DENTAL - Orlando, FL

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. This role requires a strong commitment to patient assessment, treatment planning, and maintaining the highest standards of infection control and medical documentation.
Duties

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine oral health needs.
Perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other endodontic procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions.
Implement infection control protocols in accordance with best practices.
Utilize aseptic techniques during all procedures to ensure patient safety.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and other staff to provide exceptional patient care.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.

Experience

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in patient assessment, dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, and medical terminology.
Familiarity with medical records systems and documentation practices.
Strong understanding of infection control measures and aseptic techniques.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and comfort.
