Experienced Dentist - Blue Sea Dental - Estero, FL

Blue Sea Dental seeks an experienced, pleasant, compassionate dentists with great clinical skills and an excellent chair side manner to join our busy Estero Bay Dental practice. The ideal candidate will be open-minded to new ideas and willing to learn new approaches. If you want to feel like you make a difference and are part of something great, we may be the office for you.
We offer a flexible schedule and a fun, professional working environment with an experienced team. Our experienced full-time dentist make $300,000 to $650,000 yearly depending on number of days worked.

We have established systems for managing the operational and administrative functions of the practice so our dentists can focus on providing exceptional patient care.
At a Blue Sea Dental practice, you will be supported by a team of talented, dedicated dental support professionals. You will receive consistent, dedicated mentoring and have opportunities to develop as a dentist and a leader. If you are a more experienced dentist, you will have the opportunity to mentor younger dentists. Partnership and investment opportunity also available.
Position Requirements:

Must have a FL Dentist’s license
Must have at least 3 years practice experience
