Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dedicated team. As an integral part of our family-oriented practice, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dental care while fostering positive relationships with our loyal patient base. Our practice boasts a strong reputation with a 4.9-star Google rating and a close-knit, long-term patient community. Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
Take and develop diagnostic radiographs (X-rays) using advanced technology
Conduct thorough patient screenings, including medical histories and periodontal assessments
Provide patient education on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment options
Collaborate with Dr. Scanlon and Dr. Coletti in the development of personalized patient care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments and equipment following strict infection control protocols
Utilize the latest Itero scanner for non-invasive impressions for crowns, retainers, and more
Deliver exceptional, friendly patient care ensuring comfort and trust in the process
Stay informed about new techniques and technologies in the dental field to enhance patient care

Qualifications:

New grads welcome!
Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Associate's or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from an accredited program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, techniques, and infection control practices
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with long-term patients
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience with advanced dental technologies, such as Itero scanning, is a plus
Previous dental office experience preferred but not required
