Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate proficiency in various dental procedures. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, providing preventative care, and ensuring the highest standards of infection control within the practice. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated team. We are a true family practice that has been in the Lakewood/Littleton area for over 60 years. We are looking to expand and add another provider to our team.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including most restorative work
Utilize medical imaging techniques for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Maintain thorough medical documentation of patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Experience
Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred
Proficiency in medical imaging techniques and electronic health record systems such as Dentrix or Practice Works is desirable.
Strong background in patient care with an emphasis on building rapport and trust with patients.
Knowledge of infection control practices is essential to maintain safety standards within the practice.

Pay: $165,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
