OverviewWe are seeking a General Dentist interested in supplementing their career by joining us on Wednesdays or Fridays. We offer diagnostic and preventative care at multiple locations in the city of Denver (locations rotate and you may visit multiple/all locations). We see patients of all ages who experience limited access to care. We are looking for associates who would like to add occasional days to their existing schedule. Our days are preventative in nature, fun, and rewarding. Ideal candidates are professional, have great patient communication and teamwork, are competent, and are interested in getting out of the typical office on occasion and serving a population that has a need for care in an alternative environment.
Duties

Diagnostic and preventative dental care for patients of various ages and abilities.
Work effectively with our team to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction.
Clear documentation of dental findings and recommendations.
Communication with patients about conditions and recommendations.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Cultivation of relationships with patients and staff.
Professional representation of our practice.

Qualifications

Active Colorado Dental License in good standing.
Active DEA license and liability coverage.
Experience fostering a positive team environment.
Ability to work independently, yet collaborate well with a team.
A flexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work with rotating staff and drop-in patients.
Willing to undergo a background check.
CO Healthfirst Medicaid credentialed is a plus, but not required. Will have to be completed prior to seeing patients.

Schedule
This is a part-time, supplemental position. Typical working hours are approximately 8:30-4:00 with some minor variation. The ideal candidate will be available to work occasional Fridays or Wednesdays. Due to the nature of the role, there may be occasional half-days. Shifts are listed and can be claimed well in advance.
