Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment process. The Dentist will perform a variety of procedures, including general dentistry, and patient assessments, while adhering to strict infection control protocols.
Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Perform general dentistry procedures such as fillings, crowns, and bridges.
Execute dental extractions and other surgical procedures as necessary.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records using Eaglesoft software.
Implement infection control measures and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care strategies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques, particularly in pediatrics when treating younger patients.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license with no disciplinary actions.
Proficiency in general dentistry practices and procedures.
Strong skills in patient assessment and care, with an emphasis on effective communication.
Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software is preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology and infection control standards is essential.
Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus but not required.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a friendly and professional manner.
