Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Perform dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Provide pediatric dentistry services with a focus on creating a comfortable environment for young patients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using Dentrix software.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure smooth workflow in the office.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry and best practices.

Skills

Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of medical records management.
Experience in dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
Strong skills in four-handed dentistry techniques.
Knowledge of pediatric dentistry principles and practices.
Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software.
Excellent patient assessment abilities with strong communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within a busy dental office.
