Responsibilities

Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient needs and preferences.
Perform a variety of dental procedures
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Ensure a sterile and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and regulations.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other specialists to optimize patient care.
Stay current with advancements in dental techniques and technologies to enhance practice quality.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
Active dental license in California.
Strong clinical skills and expertise in various dental procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.

Preferred:

1-3 years of experience in a dental practice setting.
Familiarity with digital dentistry tools and technologies.
