We are seeking a highly organized and patient-focused dental assistant to join our team. This candidate will be doctors right hand when treating our patients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Although dental assisting experience is helpful, it is not necessary. Current x-ray license, CPR and RDA license is a must. Coronal polish, sealant & nitrous certification a BIG Plus.
Duties include but not limited to

Communicate with patients about diagnosis treatment & answer questions
Discuss services we provide with patients, such as Inviaglin, implants, bleaching
Document medical history, vitals and review chart notes
Sterilization of instruments, set up & tear down of operatories
Assist the dentist in treatment
Follow all OSHA & HIPPA compliances
Schedule follow up appointments

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dental or office environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using office equipment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all communications.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
