Expanded Functions Dental Assistant - Paroo Dental - Orlando, FL

We are a single doctor, privately owned dental practice in the Dr. Phillips area looking for an expanded functions dental assistant. We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate individual with an outgoing personality who is interested in growing with our practice. Our practice philosophy is patient first, and we are seeking someone who will approach the position with the same mentality. We are looking for someone who is interested in building relationships with our patients, and who will put the patient experience above all else.
The position will include, but not be limited to:- Taking digital radiographs- Charting- Prepare and break down treatment rooms- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment- Assist the dentist in various general dental procedures including endo and oral surgery- Taking impressions- Making temporary crowns and bridges- Greeting and seating patients- Creating, presenting, and discussing both the clinical and financial aspects of a treatment plan with patients.
Dental Assisting experience is necessary. Must have x-ray certification and EFDA.
