*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist dentists with various procedures and provide quality care to patients.
*Duties*
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments
- Assist dentists during procedures such as fillings, crowns, and extractions
- Take dental x-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Maintain accurate patient records
*Skills*
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental software
- Knowledge of dental procedures including prosthodontics, endodontics, and general dentistry
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in dental assisting is required
