Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in delivering high-quality services. Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and patient comfort.
Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during treatments.
Take and record vital signs as needed before procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient visit.
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques throughout the practice.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary materials for procedures.
Educate patients on post-operative care, oral hygiene, and preventive measures.
Assist with pediatric patients, ensuring a friendly and calming environment for children.
Support various specialties including general dentistry, prosthodontics, and other dental services as required.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental practices.
Familiarity with infection control standards and aseptic techniques is essential.
Ability to assist in various dental specialties such as pediatrics and prosthodontics is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Certification or training in dental assisting is highly desirable but not mandatory.
