Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, patient assessment, and effective communication skills to educate patients about their oral health.
Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose dental conditions and develop treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using Dentrix software.
Provide pediatric dentistry services with a focus on creating a positive experience for young patients.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure seamless patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques.

Experience

A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution is required.
Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with managing medical records is essential.
Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, particularly in areas such as pediatric dentistry and prosthodontics.
Strong clinical skills in performing dental extractions and root canal therapy are highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
