-Guaranteed base salary starting ~$800-900/day, or 30-40% of collection in compensation (whichever is higher).
-Patient base up to 75 percent PPO/FFS and adult patients.
-Potential to make up to $250k/year or more for the right candidate. Huge demand in the patient base for a candidate skilled in either Root Canals OR have experience with simpler oral surgical procedures, extracting third molars and Implants etc. -Autonomy to refer patients.
At least 1 year experience preferred but NEW GRADS WITH ABOVE AVERAGE SKILL SET will also be considered.
Responsibilities:-Work with patients to prevent, diagnose and treat diseases of the teeth and gums. --Work with patients to restore, repair and replace teeth.-Provide health care advice and emotional support that improve overall quality of life.-Provide treatment options for oral health problems. Diagnose oral health problems and diseases.-Keep informed about current oral health issues.
