Dental Hygienist Position Overview:
Are you a Dental Hygienist who loves working in a positive, team-centered environment? We’re looking for someone who embodies our collaborative spirit. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and comprehensive oral assessments using state-of-the-art tools such as intraoral cameras, digital X-rays, and AI software to enhance patient efficiency and diagnostic accuracy.
Perform precise and patient-focused dental X-rays with advanced imaging technology, emphasizing shared decision-making throughout the process.
Educate and actively engage patients in their oral care journey, using modern educational tools to promote understanding and long-term oral health.
Work closely with the doctors to align with patients' goals, ensuring a unified approach to treatment plans and optimal patient outcomes.
Implement follow-up procedures to monitor progress and ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Maintain hygiene instruments and equipment

What We Are Looking For:

Completion of an accredited dental hygiene program.
State dental hygiene license.
2-3 days a week with some flexibility in days.
Proficiency in conducting X-rays.
Extensive knowledge of oral hygiene practices with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
Excellent communication skills to foster open dialogue and teamwork.
A team-oriented mindset that recognizes the power of collaboration in delivering exceptional patient care.
