We are a patient-centered, privately-owned dental practice seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team! Our office is built on a foundation of trust, quality care, and lasting relationships — and we’re looking for someone who shares those values. We prioritize work-life balance as well as a manageable daily patient schedule! Our office is open from Monday to Thursday for the following hours:
Mon, Tues, Wed: 8am-6pm
Thursday: 8am-5pm
(Full-time or Part-time)
Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup.
Conduct patient assessments to evaluate oral health, including taking vital signs and reviewing medical records.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, dietary choices, and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in the management of and ensuring a comfortable experience for patients of all ages.
Maintain aseptic techniques during procedures to ensure patient safety and infection control.
Document all patient interactions accurately in the clinic's systems, ensuring up-to-date medical records.
Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.

Requirements

Valid Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin.
Strong knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures.
Proficiency in dental and medical terminology related to dental care.
Experience with patient assessment techniques and vital sign monitoring.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment while providing excellent patient care.
Strong communication skills to educate patients effectively about their oral health.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of aseptic technique in all procedures.
