Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of oral health. This role requires a strong understanding of general dentistry practices, as well as the ability to perform various dental procedures with precision and care.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and oral surgeries.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to evaluate patients' dental conditions accurately.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and practice policies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance patient care efficiency.
Fabricate dental appliances and prosthetics as needed for patient treatment plans.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures.
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the best care possible.
Skills
Proficiency in general dentistry practices with a strong foundation in anatomy knowledge.
Familiarity with medical records management systems such as Open Dental is a plus.
Knowledge of medical imaging techniques for accurate diagnostics.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a patient-centered focus.
