What We Offer:
Job Type: Full-time dental associate position.
Pay: Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.

Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday.
What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, cleanings, restorative, cosmetic, and preventative treatments.
Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including root canal therapy and general dentistry procedures.
Provide preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental services.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and record keeping.
Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring comfort and trust.
Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals, such as dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry environment to enhance patient care efficiency.
Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and treatment options.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry.
Participate in community outreach programs to promote dental health.
The Ideal Candidate: Weâre seeking a motivated, patient-centered, and skilled dental associate who:
Has a valid dental license in New Mexico (or the ability to obtain one).
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid malpractice insurance.
Experience with medical documentation systems such as Epic is preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Knowledge of current dental practices, techniques, and technologies related to general dentistry, endodontics, and pediatrics.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
