Associate Dentist - Webster Dental Care - St. Louis, MO

OverviewOur well-established and thriving private dental practice located in Webster Groves is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our incredible team! The ideal candidate must be available on Mondays and Wednesdays with an opportunity for more hours/days if desired. We are a privately owned practice with a dedicated team of 5 hygienists and 1 doctor, serving a steady base friendly of long-standing patients.
Duties

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine dental health needs.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, and endodontics.
Utilize Dentrix software for patient management and record keeping.
Maintain aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and clean clinical environment.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to enhance patient care.
Educate patients on oral health practices and treatment options.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry to provide the best care possible.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy.
Proficiency in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other endodontic procedures.
Experience with Dentrix software is preferred.
Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients about their treatment plans.
Strong commitment to maintaining aseptic techniques in the clinic setting.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating professionalism at all times.
