Duties

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patients' oral health.
Provide patient education on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Take and record vital signs as part of the initial patient assessment.
Maintain accurate medical records and document treatment plans in compliance with clinic protocols.
Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment during procedures.
Assist in pediatric dental care, adapting approaches to meet the needs of younger patients.
Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.

Qualifications

Valid dental hygienist license in the state of practice.
Strong knowledge of general dentistry principles and practices.
