Job OverviewWe are seeking a Tagalog (Filipino) Speaking Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. You will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals to deliver comprehensive oral health services while maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Duties
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and oral examinations.
Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and preventive care.
Utilize advanced dental technologies and software such as Dentrix and Eaglesoft for patient management and record-keeping.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Provide education to patients regarding oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in Prosthodontics and experience with four-handed dentistry techniques preferred.
Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus.
Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health and dental procedures.
Experience in dental fabrication processes is advantageous.
Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control within the practice.
Previous experience working in a dental office setting is preferred but not mandatory.
