Registered Dental Hygienist - Drs. Schofield, Martin & Smagula DMD - Westford, MA

Drs. Schofield, Martin and Smagula's office is looking to hire a full-time or part-time Dental Hygienist. Looking for a highly motivated, outgoing and energetic self-starter with great people skills and drive for continuous improvement.
Our practice has been in Westford for over 50 years and we have many multigenerational families who trust in us for their care. We also have an amazing staff, with many having worked for us 10, 20, 30 and even 40 years! The longevity of our staff speaks to our great doctors and friendly working environment.

Starting Salary: $47.00 - $53.00 per hour
Responsibilities:- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth- Take dental x-rays- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide oral health instructions- Administer local anesthesia and as needed- Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment
Qualifications:- Valid dental hygiene license in MA
- Knowledge of medical coding and insurance billing procedures- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team environment- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Note: Eaglesoft is preferred but not required.
