Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and provide quality dental care in accordance with established protocols.
Assist in chairside procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and adherence to aseptic techniques.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience and treatment outcomes.
Utilize dental software systems for patient management and record-keeping.

Qualifications

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license
Proficiency in chairside assisting and patient care
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and medical records
Experience with dental software such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix
Familiarity with pediatric dentistry and four-handed dentistry techniques
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques
Ability to perform patient assessments and document findings accurately

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
