Seeking a motivated Dental Front Office Patient Coordinator for full-time, 4+ days per week. Our practice is a close-knit, team environment for providing the highest quality, gentle and ethical care. This is a modern office in Lincoln Park with 5-star patient reviews!

Core Responsibilities: -Customer relationship building
-Welcoming and greeting all patients with professionalism and a smile.
-Answering phones pleasantly to assist patients in scheduling appointments, answering questions, etc.
-Staying organized with patient follow ups.
-Data entry of Insurance plans, patient information, emails, payments, etc.
-Insurance Verification and claims processing -Presenting treatment plans and financing options.
-Scheduling and confirming appointments, promptly responding to emails. Requirements:
-Multitasking and prioritizing of responsibilities
-Must have greater than 3 years of Dental front office experience
-Understanding of PPO dental insurance billing
-Ability to thrive in an office that is developing and growing -Bright and upbeat personality!
Benefits: This is a Full-time position. ~40 Hours per week. Monday-Thursday. Flexibility in schedule essential. Offering paid Vacation and paid Holidays.
