Dental Hygienist - Full Time - William D. Titus, DMD, PL - Yulee, FL

We are looking for a motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to head up our dental hygiene department. Duties of the dental hygienist include scheduling, confirming and rendering care for our rural patients. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years clinical experience, but will consider less. If you have previous experience in private practice, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful hygienist will be able to step in and take full responsibility for our practice's dental hygiene needs.
Our rural office in Western Nassau County has its own hygiene suite, with its own front desk and waiting room, and it is an opportunity work with minimal supervision once a applicant has proven themselves competent and responsible.
Responsibilities:

to conduct routing prophylactic care
to render non-surgical periodontal care
to schedule and confirm hygiene appointments
to maintain accurate dental hygiene records in our practice management software
to set-up and turn over the dental hygiene treatment rooms.
to take limited dental x-rays for periodic examinations

Requirements:

Experience with any Dental Practice Management software
Experience with digital dental sensors and digital Panoramic image acquisition
Availability M-Th 7:00 to 5:00

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
