Registered Dental Hygienist - Sceville Dental Group - Oakdale, CA

Duties:- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing- Take and develop dental x-rays- Conduct oral cancer screenings- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed- Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a sterile environment- Document patient treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information in Eaglesoft
Qualifications:- Valid dental hygiene license in the state ofCalifornia- Proficiency in using Eaglesoft dental software system.- Knowledge of medical coding and insurance billing procedures- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Commitment to continuing education and staying updated on the latest advancements in dental hygiene
