Join the Team at Little Crown Pediatric Dentistry! Part-Time Pediatric Dental Assistant Position
At Little Crown Pediatric Dentistry, we believe every child deserves a healthy smile and a positive dental experience. As a Part-Time Pediatric Dental Assistant, youâll play an important role in helping children build lifelong oral health habits in a supportive and fun environment.
Schedule: 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM on select Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Weâre looking for a part-time assistant who is also open to cross-training in orthodontics to gain additional hours and experience.
Requirements:
X-ray Certification
Prophy Certification
Coronal Polishing Certification
Preferred Experience:
Pediatric dental assisting experience is a plus, but weâre happy to train experienced dental assistants eager to grow in pediatrics.

Education/Credentials:
A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is .
Radiography requirements according to the state regulations.
Job related experience:
Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.
Pediatric experience, preferred
Job-related skills/competencies:
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills- must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
Communication - effective written and verbal communication is a must with all staff and management.
Must be able to project a capable and professional image- one that is reflective of Company Values.
Must possess excellent organizational skills- strong attention to detail, be able to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner.
Must have PC skills with an ability to learn and successfully use new software programs as required. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office is preferred; as well as experience with a fax machine, copy machine, and general office equipment.
Working conditions:
Travel between the assigned offices, if needed
