Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant school teacher.
We are in the process of starting a Dental Assistant school.
Plan is to provide Dental industry with competent staff.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting/teaching and managing the entire program. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for teaching.
Responsibilities

Assist in creating a team.
Prepare and provide schedule for required classes.
Perform and teach imaging tasks, including X-rays.
Maintain accurate documentation and student records using software.
Educate students on oral hygiene practices and postoperative care instructions.
Manage admissions, scheduling and coordinate with students and staff.
Monitor classes as needed and assist in managing students.
Support procedures by preparing reading materials and assisting as required.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant Teacher is mandatory.
Proficiency in documentation, coding, and maintaining records.
Familiarity with dental software systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft is a plus.
Knowledge of dental procedures.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with students and team members.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work and maintaining professionalism.
