Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental clinic team. Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
Take and record vital signs as needed to monitor patient health.
Utilize 3D scanners and medical imaging technology to assist in diagnostics and treatment planning.
Maintain accurate patient records while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Support the dental receptionist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and preventive dental practices.
Assist with pediatric dentistry procedures, ensuring a friendly environment for young patients.

Requirements

Previous experience in a dental clinic or as a Dental Assistant is preferred.
Knowledge of infection control practices and HIPAA compliance is essential.
Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and 3D scanning technology is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.
Certification in dental assisting or relevant training is advantageous but not mandatory.
