Duties

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and ready for use.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) while adhering to safety protocols.
Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling as needed.
Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Knowledge of infection control standards and aseptic techniques is essential.
Proficiency in Dentrix Ascend it desirable.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well within a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Rotating weekends
