Our team is growing to keep up with the demand from our incredible patients, and we’re looking for our next full-time Dental Assistant. As the newest member of our Assisting team, you’ll be responsible for making sure our tools and equipment are patient-ready, and for supporting our Dentists in delivering exceptional clinical services. For this role, we’re looking specifically for candidates available to work full shifts (8:00 AM to 4:40PM) each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, as well as partial shifts (8:00 AM to 2:00 PM) each Friday. For the benefit of our team and our patients, we pay our clinicians a flat hourly rate that is not tied to production. The starting rate for this role is $36 to $46 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have completed a formal dental assisting program, earned their California Radiation Safety certificate, and be able to:

Prep other members of the clinical team with all the information, resources, and equipment they need to provide seamless patient visits;
Use imaging equipment to take high-quality x-rays and intraoral photos;
Produce lab-ready impressions;
Take high-quality scans to assist with dental work and Invisalign cases;
Process and sterilize instruments safely and effectively;
Maintain our lab equipment, supplies, and workspaces;
Learn restorative appointment sequences to provide exceptional chairside assistance;
Work quickly, safely and efficiently;
Maintain a neat, tidy, and hygienic work area;
Reflect a service-minded approach that makes our patients feel like they’re in great; hands from the moment they walk through the door;
Give and receive feedback to grow as a clinician and teammate; and
Share unique insights into how to improve the Studio Dental experience for our patients and our team.
