OverviewWe are seeking a kindhearted, people-loving and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our friendly dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general dentistry and be proficient in patient assessment and documentation review. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their visits.
Duties

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal therapy for patients of all ages.
Conduct patient assessments to evaluate oral health and identify any potential issues.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Utilize digital imaging technology to assist in identifying dental conditions.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care techniques.
Stay updated on dental terminology and advancements in dental hygiene practices.

Qualifications

Valid Washington State license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Experience in a dental office setting, particularly within general dentistry.
Familiarity with digital imaging systems.
Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for effective documentation review.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
