The Role:
As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our patients leave our office with a smile they feel proud of. You’ll provide cleanings, exams, and preventive care with the utmost skill and precision. Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine dental cleanings and examinations with precision and care
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care tailored to their individual needs
Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment history and progress
Ensure all equipment and instruments are properly sterilized and maintained
Work closely with the dentist and team to provide a seamless patient experience
Help maintain a calm, welcoming environment for patients, creating an atmosphere where they feel comfortable and valued

Qualifications:

Current, valid state dental hygienist license
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care
Experience with patient education and working in a team setting
Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and demonstrate flexibility
Experience with digital charting and practice management software is a plus
