Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, flexible, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient education and building trustful relationships. We welcome new graduates and will provide training and support to help you succeed in our practice.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and exams, allowing 1 hour for each visit and additional time for periodontal care
- Maintain an efficient chairside manner while fulfilling all responsibilities related to sterilization and compliance with OSHA regulations
- Educate patients on their dental health and promote preventative care
- Work collaboratively with a supportive dental team, assisting each other in various duties as needed
Requirements:
- Licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Minnesota
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft dental software is a plus, although training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients effectively
- Self-sufficient, motivated, and a team player who can contribute positively to our workplace culture
Schedule:
- Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- No weekends; half-days may be available
Compensation:
- Pay Range: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
