Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Location: Ligonier Family Dentistry –Schedule: Full-Time | Wednesday - Friday 8:30am to 3pm

Your Mission:
To educate, empower, and care for patients with excellence—delivering thorough hygiene care in a welcoming, faith-driven environment that values both people and precision.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality dental hygiene services including cleanings, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance
Take digital x-rays, update periodontal charting, and assist in diagnosis and treatment planning
Build strong rapport with patients and educate them on oral health, home care, and treatment options
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Dentrix Ascend
Work closely with the doctor and team to deliver outstanding, same-day care
Support the patient flow and help create a calm, joyful, and efficient clinical atmosphere
Be an advocate for patient health and a reflection of our office’s values

What We’re Looking For:

Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Indiana
Proficient in digital charting and radiographs (Dentrix Ascend experience a plus)
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and patient education skills
Positive, team-first attitude and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
Passionate about patient care, oral health, and lifelong learning
