We are a well-established dental office in San Francisco, proudly serving the community since 2012, and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team!
Schedule:

Part-time position
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Flexible days, Monday through Thursday
Office is closed on Fridays

Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform periodontal scaling and root planing as needed
Take and interpret digital x-rays
Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
Review and update patient health histories
Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as appropriate
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes
Sterilize instruments and clean operatory as needed after each patient
Follow OSHA and infection control protocols
Collaborate with the dentist and team to provide high-quality patient care
Assist with patient scheduling and flow when needed

Requirements:

Valid California RDH license
Experience with dental software such as Open Dental
Knowledge of aseptic techniques and HIPAA regulations
Friendly chairside manner and strong communication skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
Experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply!
