We are a busy, patient- focused dental office, seeking a reliable and compassionate dental assistant to join our team! We are a long established private practice in Torrance providing outstanding patient care.

We are in search of someone who is detailed oriented, enjoys  working with people,  is compassionate and caring, and is a team player!

This is a part-time position and includes alternating Saturdays (16-24  hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Assisting the dentist during treatment procedures
• Taking digital x-rays
• Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
• Ensuring patient comfort before during and after procedures
• Writing accurate patient records
• Providing postop instructions to patient
• Performing basic office task such as scheduling and confirming appointments
