Position Overview:
We are seeking a Dental Assistant who is experienced in the dental field, but we are also open to training the right person. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, motivated to learn, and genuinely enjoys working with children. Strong communication skills, reliability, and teamwork are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
Perform cleanings and preventive care under the dentist’s supervision.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
Take dental X-rays
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
Educate kids and parents on oral hygiene practices
Help create a fun and positive environment where kids feel safe and excited to visit the dentist!
