Job Description
Complete Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our dental practitioners and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within the clinic. The ideal candidate will contribute to delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining a welcoming environment.
Schedule
This position travels between two clinics in Madison city with a set weekly schedule.
Monday - 10a-7p - Madison Blvd
Tuesday - Noon - 7p - North Madison - Hwy 72
Wednesday - OFF
Thursday - 6:30-3:30p - Madison Blvd
Friday - 6:30-3:30p - North Madison - Hwy 72
Responsibilities
Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
Ensure patient comfort by providing support and reassurance throughout their visit.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling.
Implement aseptic techniques to ensure a clean and safe clinical environment.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental clinic setting.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and procedures.
Familiarity with dental software such as Open Dental software is preferred.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Must have reliable transportation.
