Schedule for the Front Office Associate

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM (once per month)

Requirements and Responsibilities of the Front Office Associate

At least 1 year of dental experience required; Orthodontic dental experience preferred
Greet patients in a welcoming way
Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
Check patients in and out
Collect payment from patients
Must be detail oriented and coachable
Have a welcoming and friendly personality
Must have great customer service skills
Must be organized and have effective communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
